Our consulting experience in the areas of Operations & Engineering Support Includes the following areas:
· Conduct of Engineering Program Compliance Reviews, Licensing reviews, design basis conformance reviews (mini-SSFI), and root cause analysis by SRO-qualified and Engineering consultants.
· Led Electrical Distribution System Functional Inspection (EDSFI) in preparation for a NRC inspection. Led inspection team, managed issue identification and resolution, and avoided cited violations during the NRC inspection.
· Recognized by the NRC for analysis of turbine/generator over-speed failure at a commercial nuclear plant. Identified root cause and developed corrective action recommendations.
· Identified and corrected chemical control issues associated with Super-heater failures, which caused boiler shutdowns. Eliminated oxygen in-leakage, improved boiler operation, reduced maintenance requirements, increased operational safety and decreased operating costs.
